COVID-19 Workabouts
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the team at Blue Bee Cider was forced to pivot the business and service model to 100 percent virtual and online. In an effort to keep the company alive through this βnew normal,β I worked with the cidery team to create a thriving version of Blue Bee Cider and avoid total shut-down. In just a few weeks, the team created various virtual series to continue and grow consumer engagement. We faced the challenge of staying relevant and competitive as so many other businesses were having to do the same. The social media insights and online revenue show the positive impact of our hard work and creativity.
